Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for an exchange or refund. This excludes home fragrance items. 

All returned items must be returned in the condition they was sold in and be unused. For any items that have been returned where there is no fault to the products the buyer must cover to cost to return the item. The buyer is also responsible for the delivery of the item and should it arrive back to us damaged from delivery then no refund will be given. Please check with your chosen courier on items that can be sent and ensure you have the correct insurance to cover any delivery damages.  

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 14 days of purchase. 

If your item is faulty or defective then we require photographic evidence of the fault.
